Satu dripada pencapaian yang pernah saya lakukan !! Hep hep.. Hoorayy! Hooray!! 

Bermula dengan idea my parents supaya saya belajar memandu.. ahaks!.. Sebenarnya hati x nak hehe...

Well sya bljar kat sini 

"GABUNGAN PEMANDUAN BERHEMAT SANDAKAN"

Well, almost 2 Months jugaklaa saya belajar memandu, baru saya khatam belajar memandu nie.... HAHA... 

Nervous Overwhelming ....

 Well after lulus .. I feel very satisfied... Ahaks..

Ianya Bermula dengan Pendaftaran dan kuliah selama 8 Jam dan ianya sngat lah Bosan Fasa 1st.... Lepas tu Kene duduki Test QTI 2nd Fasa. Kene lah jawab soalan sebanyak 50 soalan MCQ. Kene lah betul 43 dan ke atas baru past. Kalo x kene lah ulang.. Bayar lagi haha.. Syukurlah sya pass! Thanx Allah :)

Bagi Fasa ke-3, Lepas lulus tu QTI, kene lah pulak p Kuliah (ini kali x lama dalam 2 jam lebih lau x silap saya) n then p Bengkel. Kat bengkel dia ajarla mngenai part2 penting dalam kereta n apa yang perlu di periksa sebelum memulakan gerak. 

Okai.... After that lesen L akan d keluarkan!.. Itu pun after one week.. Kegunaan dia adalah untuk pelajar2 pemanduan yang baru nak mengenal apa itu kereta dan bagaimana hendak mengerakkannya HAHA!.. Tiada Lesen L (Guru n Pelajar kene leh JPJ, Di tenyeh2 nya pelajar n guru pemanduan tuu).. 

Masa saya, Cikgu saya tu amik masa Sebulan Lepas keluar Lesen L tu, bru dia ajar saya Memandu. Sebab sebelum Test JPJ, Lesen L tu kenelah genap sebulan baru lah bOleh Test JPJ.  Itulah alamat Amik Masa 2 Bulan bru siap spnuhnya..

Okai dalam 4 Minggu aq belajar tu, sangat2 lah banyak peristiwa yang menyayat dan menyengat hati ku yang fragile ini... Ahaks!.. Apa nya tidak.. Time kite nak memandu nak FOkus lah sngat kat hadapan tuu.. Di situ jugaklaa Cikgu tu Membebel, mensucikan otak, Brainwash, n Bla.. Bla.. Blaa... Sampai aq pon Bleh jd pSyko oleh Beliau.. Ha Ha Ha..

Boleh katakan ianya adalah Bulan yang Menyeksakan bagi diri ini.. Chewah!.. Well Smakin lama, semakin kuranglah Bisingnya haha :) 

Semakin okai lah Kot pemanduan Ku ituuu haha... Well after 4 weeks lah lebih kurang (sepatutnya belajar memandu 8 Jam jer, tapi aq lebih sikit.. lau Lebih kene bayaq lagi... Pacik tu walaupun garang dia suka tolong orang.. Tabik sma tu beliau! Semoga Allah membalas Jasamu Encik! )

 Tiba masa pre Test, Tau di kenali sebagai QTI. Den x tau nama panjang dia... Ini adalah untuk test jer sebelum JPJ, di kenalpasti di mana kesalahan yang harus di perbaiki Oleh Jurulatih, sebab ianya di periksa oleh cikgu2 lain di dalam sekolah pemanduan tu jugak..
 QTI nie saya pass dengan kebanggan, cuma 1 points di tolak sebab x guna brek dengan betul lah pulok! haha... Saya x suka tekan brek..

Lepas QTI selang Seminggu Gitu Tibalah Masa DUp..Dap..DUp..Dap..

JPJ TEST!!

Alo0o Nah rayang... haha.. x Pa.. ada kawan.. ramai kawan yg test tu.. Yang bestnya Ko x kenal pon ko bawak cerita gakss.. ala2 kawan2 lama.. Padahal baru kenal..

Macam Biasa test JPJ d bahagi kepada 2 section:

1) Test di litar
2) Test di Luar / Jalan Raya


1) Test di litar nie terbahagi kepada 3 iaitu :

i) Bukit

Pecut.. Jangan x Pecut!!

Dalam masa ni pelajar di berikan masa sebanyak 3 minit untuk menghabiskannya. 
Saya buat nie selama 43 saat menurut pegawai JPJ tu..


ii) Parking

Kat sini lah aq paling bencik.. masa di berikan 5 Minit.. aq sikit lagi x masuk garisan. Nasibla side mirror tu masuk x kene garisan.. lau x sia2 gagal!.. Thanx Allah :) aq catat 3 minit, 46 saat.. lama tuuu haha.. 


iii) 3 penjuru

Ini adalah yang paling senang sekali, tapi ada jugak orang bleh gagal time nie... masa di berikan 3 minit dan saya lakukannya selama 24 saat huhu :) :)

2) Test di Luar / Jalan Raya

Masa nie, terdapat 2 jalan, iaitu Jalan A dan Jalan B. Setakat nie Jalan A adalah yang paling mengerunkan .. HaHa

Semasa test kat luar nie, Pelajar akan di nilai 20 perkara dan pelajar hendaklah lulus 16 dan ke atas points untuk berjaya di peringkat ke-2 ini.

Setelah berakhirnya ujian JPJ nie, P la balik rumah.. Kc habaq kat family ur story HAHA.. After a week lah gitu bru lah dapat lesen ni.. Lesen P (Lesen Percubaan/ Palan2/Paloi)

P/s: Nanti kalau lah ada rezeki nak jugak beli kereta, tapi keta VIVA jer sebagai kereta permulaan. Membiasakan diri dengan kereta.

BRANCH EXECUTIVE TRAINEE

Am I Right????? Ahaks! 

Especially Those Fresh Graduates!

Well that situation occurred to me after I got a call for an interview for this position.

Let me give a clear picture here during my time. 

They are many phases that applicants have to go through to be shortlisted for this position.

It begins with the application for this position. 

Where many of people find this post in Job search engine like

that was a 1st phase...

And then when the application already submitted and be processed by the HR of Maybank, the shortlisted candidate will be informed BUT…..

There is a BUT! 

In 2^nd Phase!!

Before potential candidates are enter for an interview session they are required to fill up a form and done some exercises/quizzes/multiple choice questions through online!! 
 (HR of Maybank will send you a link to your email Click Here!! .  That link will connect you to the specific website and you are given ID and password to login). 
Which means every possible candidate have to answer every questions with required time given.

During my day, questions are divided into 2 section.

1) RfB Managerial and Graduate Numerical B 
2) RfB Managerial and Graduate Verbal B

 1^st section is about the calculation or we can say Numerical type of questions. In this section they are giving you 28 questions  to be done for 24 Minutes (if I am not mistaken). It is quite easy for the question to be answered, but the time that is provided for answering those question are limited and you have to answer it as fast as you can. Omit those complicated calculating questions and answer questions that you feel easily to do.

 And

In 2nd section the question are in type of verbal question. It is similar type with MUET question in (READING section), which you are giving few paragraphs that you have to understand and answer the questions based on your understanding (it’s quite challenging and confusing ahaks!)  Time given around 20 minutes also (if I am not mistaken (lupa Bah sudah !) and for 40 questions.

Well in 3^rd Phase ~~

 If you are qualified for an Interview you will be informed through call or email (selalu lah check email anda) means you’re the qualified for an interview session kononnyaaa….

But not so fast…

There is a new challenge which is “Group Discussion”….

During my session, There are 8 candidate are chosen to attend for a “Group Discussion”. During that time candidates are given few pieces of paper with a lot of words on it to be read for 30 minutes. It is about example of company which you have to understand about their core business, products and services, issues, financial performance and etc.

After that, there is a question given to you. For my batch we are given pertained how to handle a problems related with that company and all the candidates have to give some respond and feedback about the problems or issues given by the panels.  


Example during my session, our task is to overcome the issue regard to the problem pertaining to operation asset in our company which cause losses. All candidate have to debate how to solve the problems.

When I said a debate means there is Pro and Cons and candidates is divided into 2 groups. 
4 candidates are pro and other candidates are for cons.
During the discussion is better for you to think fast and contribute your opinion and being active and most importance is you have to speak loud and clearly during that time. This is because you are supervised and judged by the 3 panel around you (maybe numbers of panels are different based on situation).
Before 40 Minutes end, all candidates have to decide the solution for the problem and it is important to do the summaries after the group discussion.

Final phase is Interview

After panels decided which candidate are qualified for final round. From 8 candidates, only 3 candidates are chosen and these 3 candidates have to go for an interview by the HR from Head Quarters (HQ) and another one is a Branch Regional Manager. So they will ask the question pertaining your background, experiences (if any) and etc. The questions are asked randomly. After 2 weeks they will informed you whether you are qualified or not for becoming “BRANCH EXECUTIVE TRAINEE (Maybank)” jeng..jeng..jeng….. 

P/s: I am Still waiting for the answer or result even feedback from HR of Maybank...  v(^_^)v

It's been  a while, since my last post on March 2013. 

It's quite Sad + Miserable + Loss hope + Worried + Effort + Upset + Happy = Crazy

Here are d formula, which i can summaries about my feeling for a past few months. 

It is quite frustrating when YOU put lots of effort for something that YOU really want...

But people always said, 

"Even YOU try HARDER and if it is not meant to you "Means of living' or "Rezeki" and it will not goes to YOU!!.."

These past few months, I really work hard to achieve what I really want! But as usual the result always disappoint me and keep my heart break and crush into pieces (amboii melebih2 pulak) ... 
Crush lah sngat..

Well Positive is a must even Negative always come after that, 

Live Just for INTERVIEW for past few Months already...  

There is "Hikmah" for every thing that happened to me.. 

Always Believe that, as I always told my friends.
